Account manager for digital products and services

As an Account Manager of Digital Products and Services, you will be responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships with new and existing organizations. With your knowledge and the expertise of your colleagues, you fulfill the needs of customers with digital products and services of the organization.

What is required?

● HBO / WO working and thinking level (preferably a business education)

● 5-10 years of work experience as an account manager Proven sales success with digital products (Saas, Software, Licenses)

● Experience in establishing, assessing and evaluating partnerships

● Good command of Dutch and English

● Organizational awareness, result-oriented and be able to create sales plan with efficient operating model

What do you have to do?

You sell the organization’s digital standards management application and customized corporate training that helps companies use the product. It’s up to you to identify and convince potential customers. You will also maintain contact with existing customers and look for cross-sell opportunities. You are able to identify sales opportunities across the organization’s range of products and services. Sales processes range from a few days to several months.

This position is very versatile and comes with a lot of freedom; it allows you to be in charge of your own schedule. During the induction process, you will be prepared to be successful in the position where you will ultimately be responsible for the end result yourself. In this challenging position, you will mainly use your perseverance, powers of persuasion and commercial attitude!

You will have your own work area and client portfolio in the Netherlands (Central-Northern Netherlands), working with a team target.
