SNA hallmark inspector

Conducting inspections at companies that have their financial administration, personnel administration and payroll administration tested in accordance with the NEN 4400-1 standard and the associated manual of the SNA. In addition, the range of duties includes conducting collective labor agreement audits of various industries with a view to compliance with the relevant collective labor agreement. You end up with a different company every day.

You will start within the organization with an induction program, where you will be assigned a colleague as a mentor. Through training-on-the-job, among other things, you will be prepared to set out independently. You will be told more about this during the job interview.

What is required?

  • HBO diploma
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably within the field of work, financial administration, payroll administration, accountancy and/or within the temporary employment sector.
  • Preferably you already have knowledge of the NEN 4400-1 standard.
  • You know how to understand collective agreements like no other and it is an advantage if you already have knowledge of the temporary employment collective agreement.
