Project Officer

As a Project Officer with the organization, you will work with consultants and support standards development and projects. In this position, you have a facilitation role. You will work extensively with various IT systems including SAP, MS Office and document distribution systems. You schedule appointments with internal and external parties, such as colleagues, government, industry associations and business. You will also organize (standards committee) meetings, sometimes serving as host or hostess and sometimes taking minutes and/or providing other support during the meeting. Beforehand, you prepare the meeting with the consultant. After meetings, you will be responsible for distributing relevant documents to committee members and keeping track of and picking up actions. When new members sign up for standards committees, you are responsible for membership administration and for informing the new member about the IT systems being used. You will interact with customers via phone and email.

You will work with colleagues and look for possible improvements in the process. You are flexible in various content areas and have a diverse work package. You have a say in how your work package is filled. You can independently draft texts (emails, agendas, reports, as well as a preface for a news release/website), and you communicate proactively with colleagues. You are good at keeping an overview, thinking and anticipating the standardization process in your support

What is required?

● MBO+/HBO degree

● Experience in administrative or support work

● You can work well together and have a customer-oriented attitude

● You are communicatively strong, and can plan and organize

● €2,500 – €3,800 gross p/m (based on full-time employment)
