Project employee

As a Project Officer at NEN, you work together with consultants and you support standard development and projects. In this position you have a facilitating role. You work a lot with different IT systems including SAP, MS Office and document distribution systems. You schedule appointments with internal and external parties, such as colleagues, the government, industry associations and the business community.

You also organize (standards committee) meetings, where you sometimes act as host or hostess and where you sometimes take minutes during the meeting and / or provide other support. You prepare the meeting with the consultant beforehand. After the meetings, you are responsible for distributing the relevant documents to the committee members and for keeping track of and taking action.

When new members sign up for standards committees, you are responsible for the member administration and for informing the new member about the IT systems that are used. You have contact with customers via telephone and e-mail.

You work together with colleagues and look for possible improvements in the process. You can be deployed flexibly in various substantive subjects and have a diverse work package. You yourself have influence on the content of your work package.
