I started my career at SPR Solutions as an intern. What immediately stood out to me was the freedom I had to learn, take initiative, and truly contribute. Very quickly, I was trusted to source candidates independently, conduct interviews, and approach new talent.
Now, a few years later, I lead the sourcing team. I guide colleagues, manage planning, and ensure we achieve our goals. But what makes me proudest is helping others grow – just like I once got the chance to do.

When I started my HR internship at SPR Solutions, I expected to mostly observe and provide support. But very quickly, I realized I was given much more responsibility. I worked on real projects, contributed to ongoing HR processes, and my input was genuinely valued.
What stands out the most is that people truly listen to me. My ideas matter, and that makes me feel like a real part of the team – not just an intern. I have the space to learn, but also to make meaningful contributions.

When I joined SPR Solutions as an intern, I was mainly curious to see what working in an HR department was really like. I was eager to learn, but I never expected to be given so much freedom and trust from day one.
I was immediately involved in recruitment processes, onboarding, and even internal projects. That made me feel that my contribution mattered – and it motivated me even more to develop myself.
After my internship, I was offered the chance to stay. Today, I work as a Team Lead Recruitment, where I contribute to important topics such as sustainable employability, employee development, and employer branding. And perhaps best of all: I now mentor interns myself. I want them to feel just as welcome and valued as I did back then.
