As a Care & Wellness Consultant with the organization, you will be responsible for bringing interested parties together and guiding them through the process of reaching joint agreements. These agreements on care and welfare, can lead to standards. Within a project, you operate as a project manager and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In addition, you are the connecting factor in a project between different external organizations. You have a supportive and project leading role, both to the client and other external parties. You will work (depending on size) on multiple standards committees and projects simultaneously. On average, a standard is published within two years.
Within the company itself, you will also have a connecting role, and close contact with fellow consultants from other clusters. So it is important to know what interfaces your work has with other departments, and what you need to be aware of.
